De Gustibus - A Fish Lover Fights to Get Off the Hook - NYTimes.com
The restaurant Hook here in DC that opened a couple of years ago has the right idea. I’ve been a vegequarian for a while, altho since realizing a while back that some fish and shrimp etc. are farmed, where they can be fed pretty much whatever (ahem, antibiotics, hormones), I’ve severly cut back on what seafood I will eat. I figure vegan is healthier in the long run, altho I really do love cheese.
