Part of dinner last night. Four bok choi don’t cook up into a whole hell of a lot, but it was tasty. I used a bit of grapeseed oil, browned some garlic, added the bok choi, sauteed for 5-7 minutes, then added a smidge of sesame oil. I should have added a bit of soy, too, but it was really quite good. Success! (it tasted much better than it looks!)
